Rustic Kransekage | Kransekake Cookies
If you enjoy the taste of almonds, then Kransekage | Kransekake is the cake….or in this case…the cookie for you. Traditionally made as a tower of rings to form a celebratory cake, the cookies capture the same delicious flavor, crunch on the outside and chewiness on the inside. There are a baker's dozen (13) cookies with almond-flavored frosting in each order. Each cookie is about 1.5" in diameter.
